Multi API

This feature allows you to connect multiple instances of the same broker API to a single AlgoTest account. This helps traders with significant capital to improve trading efficiency by enabling multiple Broker API connections.

First instance for EVERY broker API is FREE.
Subsequent API instances cost 500 Credits per instance.
You can add as many API instances for a broker as you need.

Supported Brokers for Multi API​

Due to technical constraints, not all brokers support Multi API. Multi API supports the following brokers:

Setting Up Multi API for Algo Trading​

To set up Multiple instances of the same broker API follow some simple steps as shown below.

Step 1​

Go to AlgoTest.in and log in to your account. Click on the profile icon at the top right and select Broker Setup.

It will show you the broker setup page and all the brokers you can connect with AlgoTest.

Please take note that you should only purchase the Multi API plan if you need to run more than one instance of the same broker. One login with each broker is free, and each additional API instance costs 500 credits per month.

Step 2​

Select your broker, then click the setup button for the chosen broker, as indicated in the image below.

Now, you must name your instance connection for easy identification. Then, click on "Add Broker" to add another instance of the same broker.

Step 3​

Click on My Brokers on this page to see your added Brokers.

Click on the broker to view all the instances of the broker that you have added.

On this page, it will show you both instances of the same Broker

Step 4​

When you try to log in for the second time, you will see a popup asking you to purchase a plan. Click on "Get Plan" to activate your plan. Each additional API instance costs 500 monthly credits, and you can add as many instances as you want.

It will display a confirmation page. Click on "buy now" for 500 credits to activate your plan.

Step 5​

Now you can click on the login button to log in to your multiple API instances, as shown in the image below.
