RWA Tokens
AlgoTest supports the RWA tokens listed on Delta Exchange India. An RWA (real-world asset) token is a crypto token designed to track the price of an asset outside crypto, such as a company's shares. On Delta Exchange India you trade them as perpetual futures, quoted in USD.
They work like BTCUSD and ETHUSD: you pick them in the same instrument selectors, connect the same Delta Exchange account, and trade them in the same hours.
A perpetual future is a futures contract with no expiry date, so you can hold a position for as long as you like.

Symbols ending in XUSD are xStock tokens; symbols ending in BUSD are bStocks tokens. Both work the same way on AlgoTest. Contract details for each symbol are on Delta Exchange's contracts page.

Perpetual Future is the only data type​
RWA tokens have no options contracts on Delta Exchange India, so Perpetual Future is the only data type you can use with them. These are unavailable:
- Options
- Combined Premium
- Synthetic Future
In Signals AI, the unavailable data types can't be selected, and the app shows why. Rolling and Fixed strike selection doesn't appear either, because there are no strikes to choose.
BTCUSD and ETHUSD keep all their data types, including Options. The Perpetual Future-only rule applies only to RWA tokens.
Trading hours​
RWA tokens follow the same session as the other Delta Exchange instruments on AlgoTest: 23 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a daily break from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM IST. See the crypto key timings.
Execution and broker connection​
Orders go through your existing Delta Exchange connection. There's nothing extra to set up:
- No daily broker login, the same as for BTCUSD and ETHUSD.
- Execution settings, order types, and deployment work exactly as they do for crypto.
- No change to pricing or plans. RWA tokens are available on the plans you already have.
Watchlists​
In Signals AI, RWA tokens belong to the Crypto asset class. You can:
- Add them to a Crypto watchlist, on their own or mixed with BTCUSD and ETHUSD.
You can't:
- Add them to an Indices or Stocks watchlist. Those are for NSE and BSE instruments only.
A watchlist uses one data type for all its underlyings. So a Crypto watchlist that includes even one RWA token can only use Perpetual Future. See Watchlists.
